      Heather's Latest Purchases

Since I have 3 weddings to go to with 3 totally different crowds, I have to make a decision. I already bought this amazingly beautiful Carmen Marc Valvo cocktail dress and about to buy another pair of Jimmy Choos to match the whole Greek Goddess ensemble. The thing is this outfit's way too pricey, even more than my Balenciaga with tax and shipping! -=*( Should I wear the same dress and shoes for all 3 weddings or get more dresses?

Nicky Hilton's Ron Herman Vintage Sparrow Life Nature Love Lightweight Thermal from eBay. $MORE. I've been after this for MONTHS since no one had it listed ANYWHERE and finally got it! RH Vintage thermals are my utmost fave thermals EVER and definitely live up to the hype.

    1) Yochi Wood/Turquoise Long Beaded Necklace from Girlshop. $RETAIL. Yochi has come up with a nice line of necklaces this Spring that really caught my attention. This one is definitely my fave out of all of them. The beads are just so different from what you usually see. Yochi as seen on: Jessica Simpson.
    2) Chikki Pearl Beaded Belt from Girlshop. $RETAIL. The belt is really cute and adds that Boho look. The beading is great quality but the lining is just aweful!

Mischa Barton's BC Footwear Sequin Espadrilles in Turquoise from Soft Surroundings. $RETAIL. Not only are these soooo beyond comfortable they're cute, cheap, and stylish! Even for a low price it still comes with a dust bag and drawer style box. Too cute!

Jessica Simpson's Maddie Powers Thrill Girl Metal Wallet from Two Hip Chix. $SALE. Definitely a great investment as a wallet and is truly a conversation piece. Even if it could only hold 7 credit cards and a couple bills or receipts, I love the look and feel of it.

Long Beaded Necklaces in Jade, Amber, and Pink Stone. $FREE. I amazingly found these in my jewelry drawer just recently while looking for my T6 and T8 screwdrivers for my blinged cell. Isn't that funny?! Apparently I had them back in high school and could finally put some use to them.

Elite By Flora Professional Library Bound Heavy Matted Photo Albums in Ivory/Gold 2 x 10x10 and 1 x 8x10 from eBay. $SUPERSALE. Finally right? LOL! 4-5 months later. These are the highest quality wedding albums on the market. Believe me, I checked. They're soooo beautiful in person! And they're engraveable!

Yoana Baraschi Taj Mahal Sequin Tunic from C&Ds. $RETAIL. Not only did the style and color catch my attention, it's formfitting and the material's just like a tee! It's not as pricey as other tunics out there ranging from $200-$500 either so that's another bonus about this tunic.

Chan Luu Dye Silk Crinkled Full Skirt from C&Ds. $RETAIL This line's pieces are totally different from the rest. I really liked all Luu's pieces but this was my fave one. It seems really fragile but looks really good on. Chan Luu as seen on: Mischa Barton.

      Chrissie's Latest Purchases

Okay here's the second part to my previous post. I am usually not a big accessories person; I never really went beyong purses, shoes, and hats but now I'm getting more and more into it. I got some great belts and now I'm looking into getting some new long beaded necklaces!

Louis Vuitton Monogram Cerises Pochette Cles from Louis Vuitton. $RETAIL. I'm a big Louis lover so when the new limited edition collection came out, I had to get a little something to add to my Louis collection.

Metallic Silver Clutch from eBay. $SALE. Not sure when this happened but I started to really get into clutches. I original wanted the Georgia Alexander but Rafael Hawaii was sold out of the silver one. So instead, I got this one and it's so much cheaper.

Jessica Simpson's Jacqueline Lamont Clyde Newsboy Cap in Expresso from The Hat Shop. $RETAIL. I absolutely adore newsboy caps! Then again, I love hats. My collection of hats scares people. Haha.

Linea Pelle Large Braided Belt in Silver from Bloomingdales. $RETAIL. I've been jocking Heather's gold one since the first day I saw it! The gold one is backordered but I can't wait till that one comes too!

Jessica Simpson's Old Man River Belt in Black & Gold from Intuition. $SALE. This is the most beautiful belt I've ever layed eyes on. I literally revolve my outfits around this baby! Compliments fly when I wear this. I want to get the black/silver one & the white/silver one too if only it wasn't so expensive.

Moroccan Disc Belt in Black and Brown from eBay. $SALE. When I saw Heather's black one I went ga ga over it! I had to get it in black and brown! I have yet to wear the black one but I've already wore the brown one with my Sweetees peasant dress. You can see that outfit in What I Wore Today section soon.

Emerge Community Henley in Magenta from eBay. $SALE. I originally got this to go under the 2 B Free hoodie to bring out the purple in the hoodie. The color is so different from the color in the picture. Anyhow, it's still cute to wear with other things.

Mischa Barton's Primp Goddess Tunic in Olive from Shop Juici. $RETAIL. Let me begin by saying Shop Juici has one of the worst customer service and return policy around. I actually didn't get the tunic b/c I wanted it. They didn't have what they advertise for and sent me something else. Then they refused to refund me and insisted I had to exchange for something only. So that's where this tunic came from.

Jessica Simpson's Trunk Ltd Alice Cooper Tee from Trashy Diva. $SALE. I love Trunk Ltd's tees and jackets. I love the rock and roll feel. This is my second favorite next to my Tom Petty one!

Jessica Simpson's Vince Thermal Hoodie in Black from eLuxury. $RETAIL. Can one ever have enough black hoodies? The answer is no. =)

Jessica Simpson's Vintage Capezio Boots from eBay. $SUPERSALE. Heather and I were talking about Capezios awhie back and I really wanted a pair. Randomly, on a boring day, I browsed eBay and found these! They were the perfect color and the price was unbelievable. 2 weeks after I got them, Jessica Simpson was photographed wearing them and the price just went through the roof. Lucky I got them before Jessica was seen in them or I would have to pay 10 times the price I paid for.

Tuck Everylasting DVD from eBay. $SALE. I wanted to see this movie when it came out in the theatre but didn't get a chance to. And for those who told me this is a good movie: what are you talking about!?!?

      Chrissie's Latest Purchases

It feels like I haven't posted in 8934587375 days. I said I will stop shopping and get the Balenciaga with Heather but I just can't help myself. Here's some stuff I forgot to post with the previous posts, I will finish the rest in the next post.

Jessica Simpson, Rachel Bilson "The OC's Summer Roberts", Samantha Jane "Las Vegas' Vanessa Marcil" and Gwyneth Paltrow's Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent Velvet Jacket from Neiman Marcus. $SALE. Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent was named one of the hottest upcoming designers of 2005 in Lucky Magazine, this velvet blazer has to be one of the Cynthia Vincent's signature piece. As I described it in my listing on eBay: "This jacket radiates the shimmer of Hollywood’s Golden Era…if ever a fashion seemed to have plucked directly off the silver screen of the 30’s and infused with a modern kick of today, this is it!" Not only is this a signature piece, it has to be one of the most recognized piece! Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent as worn by: Jessica Simpson, Ashlee Simpson, Rachel Bilson, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jada Pinkett Smith, and more.

Jessica Simpson's Cecilia De Bucourt Hand CrochetShawl from Lux Boutique. $RETAIL. This was one of my first celebrity fashion piece purchased awhile ago. Since this post seems to be all Jessica Simpson's finds (who can blame me? she has fabulous style!), I thought I add this piece to it. This was one of the first pieces that were originally hand crochetted in Argentina; I have no idea if the later produced ones are still hand crochetted or even made in Argentina.

Jennifer Lopez and Jessica Simpson's Da-Nang Silk Herringbone Camo Jacket from Revolve Clothing. $SALE. Remember when Da-Nang was all the rage? What happened? I first saw this jacket on J. Lo in US Weekly and fell in love. What's even better is when I found it on sale at Revolve Clothing! Then I saw it on Jessica on Room Raiders and was all excited!

Jessica Simpson's Invicta Lupah Swiss Chronograph Champagne/Pink 9820-37. $FREE. I got his as a gift from someone special. ;) He saw how crazy I was about pink he got me this watch to match my outfits.

Juicy Couture Twill Blazer in Pink from eBay. $SUPERSALE. It doesn't matter how much people say Juicy Couture is played out (huh Heather), I love it! This little pink blazer adds to my pink obsession.

Jessica Simpson's Lily McNeal Cashmere Tie Waiste Jacket Hot Pink from Famous Fashion Found. $SALE. I'm ashamed to say that this is my first cashmere sweater. I never bought one before this! (I'm not a sweater person and I detest turtlenecks!) This sweater is amazly. Soft, warm, and the most important of all: slimming!

Jessica Simpson's Maddie Powers Cig Holder/Metal Wallet from Maddie Powers. $RETAIL. This is the perfect "wallet" for when you don't want to carry too many things or a purse. It can be used as a cigarette holder too; since I don't smoke, I will stick to using it as a wallet.

Marc Jacobs Black Leather/Cashmere Gloves from Marc Jacobs. $SUPERSALE. I got these at Marc Jacobs at the day after Christmas sale. Marc Jacobs has some great item that is more than 50% off retail once in awhile and I was so glad I walked in to browse that day!

Jessica Simpson's Roberto Cavalli 99S-EGEO F83 Shiny Nickeltin/Electric Pink Lenses Sunglasses from Modern Sunglasses. $SALE. Pink. PInk. Pink. My very own pair of pink sunglasses! They are so big that they work great as a hair holder/handband kinda thing. =)

Jessica Simpson's Salvatore Ferragamo 1053 Sunglasses from Modern Sunglasses. $SALE. This are my second favorite pair of sunglasses next to my Chanel 4104B. They practically go with everything.

      Heather's Latest Purchases

Well I broke down this weekend and went on another spree, especially stuff from my wishlist. I noticed my mentality in the past couple months has changed. Like I only get it if I LOVE it. Not just like it or want it, just b/c it's a cheap sale, just b/c someone has it, just b/c of impulse, just b/c it's a certain designer, but LOVE it. I know people do this or say this all the time, but you gotta admit those impulses get to you "just because". It's funny b/c since I started the nursing program, I noticed myself assessing everything besides people. From the stuff I buy to even my dinner!

Nicky Hilton's Balenciaga Twiggy True Turquoise (Summer 2005) from Balenciaga NYC. $RETAIL. I cannot express enough how hot these bags are. The make and quality of these bags are amazing. It's more greener in person, like the actual dark turquoise stone. I still haven't been able to take or see a pic of the true color. You'd HAVE to see it in person. I get so many compliments and stares (especially more stares!) with this Balenciaga. Got lucky b/c it was released on a Thursday night before VDay, I called Saturday morning to change my order, and this was the last one! No one knew the Summer colors were releasing 2 weeks early so the waitlists were filled on the Spring colors still. For more info, check out my Top 5 Buys. Balenciaga as seen on: Nicky Hilton, Nicole Richie, Gweneth Paltrow, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, and more.

Sony PSP Value Pack from eBay. $MORE. Seriously, holy shit. This thing is like the HDTV of handhelds. It seriously blows ALL systems out of the water. Forget NDS, PS2 Slim, and all that! It's all butter in your hands and even the resolution is higher than TVs!! I got this for my husband for Valentine's Day since an eBay seller messed up his bday present. I know it's the Japan version BUT Sony made all PSP games region free meaning universal and there's converters for movies, downloadable music, etc, so it's worth it. PSP US version items will work for it. Retail for the US is $250 on 3/24 and the waiting lists are longgg but I didn't pay that much over the actual price.
