Shipping Policy

We recommend shipping via UPS
Ground for most orders. We currently ship primarily within the United States
and Canada at this time. International customers, please visit our eBay
auctions if you are interested in purchasing an item. We will accept
international orders via Paypal as long as you have a high-standing
amount of paid Verified Sellers and have been a Paypal member for at
least 1 year. All orders placed will be shipped out within 1-3 business
days. Tracking and insurance are included on all domestic items. All
shoes are double boxed to ensure safe arrival. Extra Laces will ship to
billing addresses only. Providing a different shipping address will
result in a shipment delay and/or automatic order cancellation. The
billing address and ship to address are required to be the same. |

Return Policy

Returns are acceptable within 15 days under certain terms and conditions.
If it is a mistake on our behalf and not inform you of a certain
problem with the item, then the items are fully returnable. Shipping
fees are not refundable. Please note: Mistakes include wrong size, mismatching shoes,
and wrong product received. This does NOT include buyer regrets, wrong
size purchased, does not fit, vintage sneakers, production dates
pre-2003, etc. A 15% restocking
fee will be applied. Negotiations are also accepted. Any returned item
must be in unworn, never tried on, and resalable condition. All
customers must contact us via email at
info@extralaces.com to inquire
about legibility for a return. We have the right to deny any return
requests. Please make sure you know your size before you place your
